Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Peyton, Colorado

Qualifications & Skills:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or eligible state licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based speech therapy
Knowledge of assessments, treatment planning, and IEP process in schools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate students for speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals for each student
Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings
Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, families, and support staff
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough, timely documentation
Offer professional guidance on language and communication strategies to school staff
Track progress and adjust interventions based on student response and data
