Job description

What you'll bring:
Hold an active Virginia SLP license
Certification in SLP-CCC or eligibility to complete the Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
Experience or a strong interest in working with pediatric and school-based populations
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive educational experiences
Role highlights: Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain precise records and documentation aligned with policy and best practices
Consult and collaborate with families, teachers, and other school staff
Participate in school meetings, professional development, and training as required
