Job description
Make a positive impact in the lives of children as a Speech Language Pathologist working in a supportive school environment near Woodstock, GA. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required
Active Georgia state licensure in Speech Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
ASHA certification (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
Prior experience working in schools and with pediatric populations strongly preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students with speech and language needs
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) in accordance with local and federal guidelines
Deliver evidence-based therapy to students individually or in small groups
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic and social success
Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress reports
Participate in meetings and contribute professional insights as needed
