Job description
Mindful Sprouts is seeking a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist to guide the Speech Therapy Department and drive clinical excellence. You will oversee staffing, evaluation/therapy delivery, and compliance while maintaining a direct patient care caseload.
This role partners with executive leadership to shape growth and quality initiatives across pediatric services. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of pediatric SLP practice, active Florida licensure, CCC-SLP, and proven leadership.
