Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC invites applications for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home-based pediatric therapy in the Brighton/Fort Lupton area. You will collaborate with families and care teams to tailor treatment plans while maintaining efficient documentation and high-quality care.
The role requires a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, CCC-SLP eligibility or certification, state licensure, BLS/CPR, and reliable transportation with a valid license.
