Job description
VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region in Vermont seeks a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for the Kids on the Move program in Rutland County. This per diem home-health role focuses on delivering therapy to children in their homes or schools, with supervision of CFY students.
Responsibilities include assessment, plan development, and delivery of SLP services, coordination with families and the care team, and support for IEP-related services.
