Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)At H2 Health, we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, play-based therapy while supporting children and families in a collaborative, team-driven environment.Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, speech and language delays, developmental delays, social communication challenges, articulation disorders, phonological disorders, and feeding or oral-motor difficulties. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to help children develop communication skills and functional language abilities.Your Role:Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Speech-Language PathologistProvide hands-on therapy focused on articulation, expressive and receptive language, social communication, and feeding goalsUse play-based and structured interventions to promote engagement and progressDocument treatment sessions accurately in Raintree EMRCommunicate effectively with supervising SLP regarding patient progress and plan adjustmentsPartner with families and caregivers to promote carryover and consistencyContribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
