Job description
Step into a contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow in the Austin, TX region. Work on-site with a longstanding educational partner, where your expertise helps foster student growth and communication success. Flexible schedules are available for both full-time and part-time roles, making this a great fit whether you are an experienced SLP-CCC, completing your Clinical Fellowship Year, or passionate about pediatric and school-based speech therapy.
Qualifications:
Current or pending active Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology (must be obtained by start date)
SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates welcome
Experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to adapt caseload to age/grade assignment as discussed during the interview
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders
Create and implement individualized education plans based on student needs
Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to maximize student success
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
Contribute to a positive school environment, advocating for student needs
