Qualifications & Experience:
Active or pending state licensure as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist)
SLP-CCC preferred; SLP-CF applicants welcomed
Experience in school-based speech therapy, pediatrics, or healthcare settings a plus
SLPA candidates with a background in school or healthcare speech therapy also considered
Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, parents, and educators
Ability to work independently as well as part of a support team
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement targeted therapy sessions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
Document ongoing student progress and maintain required records for both direct and indirect services
Provide consultation and resources to teachers, staff, and families
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in multi-disciplinary educational teams
Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs within a supportive school setting
