We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) who specializes in working with the pediatric population. Neurotherapeutics is looking for a full‑time or part‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our team.

$79,191.67 - $102,543.06 salary + generous benefits + supportive nonprofit team. Flexible schedule | Collaborative, mission‑driven clinic | Make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Love

Competitive salary based on experience: $79,191.67 - $102,543.06/year.

Bilingual incentive: +2–5%.

What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 speech and language therapy for kids and teens (ages 0–21).

Develop individualized, play‑based treatment plans.

Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.

Share strategies and tools to support families at home.

Keep documentation up to date (we’ll help make it manageable).

What You’ll Need

Oregon SLP license (or ability to obtain).

CPR certification.

Experience in pediatrics required.

A love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit.

Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.

Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment.
