Job description

Step into a meaningful role supporting elementary students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist! Ideal candidates will bring dedication and enthusiasm for pediatric speech-language services, as well as an openness to exploring in-person or teletherapy modalities to best meet student needs.

What We're Looking For:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

Experience with pediatric or elementary-aged caseloads preferred

Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a range of speech and language disorders

Comfortable with individual and group therapy sessions

Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with school-based documentation

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Teletherapy experience a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to elementary students, both individually and in small groups

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments

Prepare and maintain thorough documentation aligned with school and legal requirements

Partner with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs

Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed

Participate in school meetings and provide insightful recommendations on student communication needs
