Job description
Home Heart Florida is seeking a part-time SOC Nurse to provide initial evaluations for pediatric patients in their homes, establish care plans, and set the tone for a safe, high-quality home health experience.
The ideal candidate holds a Florida RN license with BLS, has 1+ year of Start of Care in home health, and is comfortable traveling to patient homes. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
