Job description
AdventHealth Tampa is seeking a Medical Director of Pediatric Surgery to lead program development and drive quality and performance improvements. The role includes call coverage with APP support and growing the outpatient clinic while strengthening ties with local physicians and marketing support.
The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained in Pediatric Surgery with ABPS certification or eligibility, possess broad surgical skills, and excel in communication and patient-centered care.
