Job description
H2 Health in Dallas is seeking a Clinic Director for our pediatric therapy clinic. The role is open to licensed SLP, OT, or PT clinicians who enjoy leadership, mentorship, and advancing patient care for children and families.
The Clinic Director will oversee daily operations, mentor a multidisciplinary team, monitor productivity and outcomes, and partner with regional leadership to grow the clinic while maintaining compliance and a patient-centered culture.
