Job description
TCH Medical Center in Texas seeks a Manager of Therapy to lead the Therapy Department's daily inpatient and outpatient operations, directing therapists, technicians, and students and providing clinical direction.
You will supervise staffing, budgeting, audits, and ensure compliance with JC/CARF/OSHA/ADA, while driving service quality and staff development in a dynamic pediatric hospital setting.
