Job description
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our Pediatric Transitional Nurse Team to support medically fragile children and their families during critical transitions to home care.
This role involves caring for high-acuity pediatric patients, including Trach and Ventilator management, and coordinating hospital-to-home transitions with a strong emphasis on family education.
