Job description
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our Pediatric Transitional Nurse Team to support medically fragile children and their families during critical transitions to home care. This role is ideal for nurses who are confident working with high-acuity patients and skilled in trach, vent, G-tube, and emergency management.
