Job description
Phoenix Children’s seeks an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join the pediatric liver and kidney transplant teams in Phoenix. The APP will provide inpatient and outpatient coverage across transplant programs, collaborating with hepatologists, nephrologists, surgeons, nutritionists, social workers, and pharmacists.
You will manage medically complex pediatric patients, participate in 24/7 call coverage, and support pre-/post-transplant care with a 10-hour weekday schedule and 5-hour weekend
