Job description
Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Cardiac and Pulmonary Transplant Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmacy services across the transplant continuum. You will conduct direct clinical care for pediatric heart and lung transplant patients, optimize immunosuppressive regimens, monitor drug interactions, and educate patients and families.
