Define the Future of Pediatric Acute Care at Phoenix Children's
Are you a Pediatrician looking to balance clinical autonomy with the resources of a premier healthcare system? Join Phoenix Children's , home to the state's only Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center. As Maricopa County continues its explosive growth, we are expanding our elite team of physicians to lead our three Pediatric Emergency Departments and four Urgent Care centers.

Clinical Autonomy with Full Support: Lead your care team with confidence. Our Urgent Care sites are equipped with point-of-care labs and plain radiographs interpreted by pediatric radiologists , ensuring you have the data you need for precise diagnosis.
Procedural Mastery: Maintain and sharpen your procedural skillset, including abscess drainage, foreign body removal, and complex laceration repair.
Your Role in Our Growth:
As a Physician in our division, you will assess and treat acute injuries and illnesses, manage patient throughput, and foster strong collaborative relationships with our multidisciplinary staff and patient families.
Schedule & Facilities:
Urgent Care Coverage: 5 PM-Midnight (M-F) and 10 AM-8 PM (Weekends).
Emergency Department: Variable shifts (Days/Evenings/Overnights) for hybrid roles.
Location: Multiple locations across the Phoenix Metro area, one of the most vibrant and fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the U.S.
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics or Family Medicine.
Current Arizona Medical License (or eligible to obtain).
PALS Certification.
A passion for clinical efficiency and superior patient experience.
