As the Chief of Pediatric Urology, you will be at the forefront of strategic growth, clinical excellence, and academic pursuits, while overseeing inpatient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Guide a well-established, busy practice, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Collaboration: Partner with well-known Hospitals and Universities, mentoring rotating Urology Residents and advancing academic initiatives.
Community Impact: Serving a region of over 2 million people, providing comprehensive pediatric urology care.
Clinic Management: Oversee a fully functional APP staffed continence clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Strategic Oversight: Assume responsibility for the strategic, operational, and administrative functions of the Division of Pediatric Urology.
Reporting: Directly report to the Chair of the Department of Surgery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
