Job description
Lyra Health is seeking a Clinical Quality Supervisor for our pediatric vIOP. The role blends direct client care with supervision of ASW therapists, delivering evidence-based treatments via telehealth to youth ages 7–25.
You’ll train and manage a team, review metrics, and ensure culturally responsive care while supporting rapid access to care. The position requires a California-licensed MSW (LCSW) with 5+ years of clinical experience and 2+ years in supervision, plus comfort with video therapy
