Position Overview:
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a part-time 0.75 FTE Pediatrician to join our Smokey Point Medical Center team in Marysville, Washington. This role will combine 0.60 FTE in General Pediatrics primary care and 0.15 FTE in Adolescent Medicine specialty consultative care.
Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health-or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.
This position is 100% outpatient
You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $260,772 to $306,791 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)

Required: Medical Degree MD/DO
Required: BC/BE Pediatrics or Internal Med-Pediatrics
Required: BC/BE Adolescent Medicine
Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
