Job description
The Pediatrician is a licensed medical doctor specializing in the care of infants, children, and adolescents at a community health clinic in Bay City, TX.
Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat various health issues, monitor growth and development, and provide preventive care and health education to families.
Supervise clinical staff, participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate with community resources and specialists.
Plan health programs, lead clinical teams, and engage in outreach activities.
Qualifications
Valid Texas medical license
Board certification
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in pediatric care
