No overnight call
1:1 medical assistant support plus nursing, behavioral health, social work, lactation, and nutrition resources
AI support , including visit scribing, charting assistance, dictation, automated desk management, and secure patient-message tools

A Compensation Package Built for the Future $290,000 base salary
Annual quality bonus
$30,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
