Job Description
A San Ysidro based client is seeking an experienced Pediatrician to provide excellent primary care services to children. An ideal candidate is a leader who works well in a collaborative environment, values evidence-based practice, and values patient centered care.
Job Responsibilities
Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results
Perform therapeutic procedures and educate patients on their treatment plans
Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to policy
Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree
Current California medical license
Completed an accredited residency program
Current DEA certificate
Board certified or board eligible in pediatrics
Current BLS certification
Medical Spanish (preferred)
