Type : Full-time (4 days/week) | Partnership Track Available
About Us
We are a well-established, single-site private practice with a diverse patient population serving Rochester and surrounding suburbs for over 25 years. Our team includes five physician partners who are supported by a long-term nurse practitioner, strong clinical and administrative staff, and an after-hours nurse triage service.
With an upcoming physician retirement, this role offers an existing patient panel. The position involves no hospital/nursery rounding or delivery attendance.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive pediatric care from birth through adolescence.
Manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and developmental screenings.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Participate in weekly call rotation, occasional weekend and holiday coverage.
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics.
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York.
US Citizenship or permanent residence status.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Commitment to continuity of care and community engagement.
Three professional references required.
