Job description
Job Title: General Pediatrician
Role: Build and maintain an outpatient pediatrics panel in a collaborative clinic setting with APP support and regional pediatric specialist access. The role involves a 3-day outpatient workweek with Monday-Friday clinic hours , light shared call , and no inpatient responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric outpatient care, managing 18-22 patients daily, including common and higher-complexity cases like ADD/ADHD.
Collaborate with advanced practice providers and specialists to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain strong documentation, responsiveness, and communication skills.
Participate in a patient-centered medical home and contribute to clinic workflow improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Board-certified or Board-eligible in Pediatrics.
Strong charting and documentation abilities.
Excellent communication and responsiveness skills.
