Overview
An award-winning, rapidly growing group practice with four locations and a team of ten providers (3 MD plus 4 mid-level) is seeking to add 2 BE/BC Pediatricians. Must live in the area – commuting from Atlanta is not possible.
Responsibilities
100% outpatient practice, no hospital duties. The new candidate will work in 2 locations.
No hospital calls. Dedicated RN responds to calls; you are backup. Backup call ratio: 1:8.
Provide care for 25‑30 patients per day.
5‑day work week (Mon‑Fri) with one Saturday per month (9 am‑1 pm).
No Sunday office work.
Excellent support and close hands‑on training for the first several months for fresh graduates.
Dedicated nursing staff handles shots; providers do not give their own shots.
Dedicated billing department; providers do not handle billing or charge entry.
Easy access to all pediatric subspecialists for patient referrals.
Compensation and Benefits

CME (Advanced Certified Practice) fully paid by the practice.
