Position Highlights
Specialty: PediatricsOpen to experienced providers or new graduates (Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of completing residency)
Position Location: Canton-Potsdam Hospital - Canton Pediatrics Practice or Potsdam Pediatrics Practice
Schedule: Flexibility in schedule to meet a 40-hour work week
Practice Setting: Outpatient pediatrics with newborn and pediatric inpatient rounding and callCall Requirement is one 24-hour hospital only call per week (5p-5p) and 1:4 to 1:6 weekend hospital-only call
EMR: Epic
Team Structure: Collaboration with St. Lawrence Region Physicians, APPs and clinical support staff as well as other RRH System Physicians and providers

Competitive base salary with productivity incentives: Base salary range of $200,000-300,000*

* Pay Summary
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and may be eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
