Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board Certified/Eligible
Has Completed an ACGME Accredited Pediatric Residency Program
Post-Residency Experience Required
Unrestricted OH License or Ability to Obtain OH License
