Job description
I m currently working with a well-established and highly respected dental practice in the Oxford, Alabama area that is actively seeking a General/Peds or Pediatrics Dentist for a permanent opportunity. This role is an excellent fit for a provider looking for long-term stability, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team within a practice that already has a strong and loyal patient base.
The position offers a consistent 4-5 days/week, Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm schedule, supporting a strong work-life balance while practicing in a modern, fully equipped office focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Position Overview
Provider Type Needed: Pediatric Dentist (or General Dentist with pediatric experience)
Current staff :Doctors : 2
Support Staff : Experienced support staff
Schedule : 4-5 Days/week; Mon-Thurs 8a-5p
Types for Procedures : Pediatric & Teen Dentistry
Patient age range : Pediatrics through young adults
Compensation:
Compensation: 6-month daily guarantee; 28%-35% net production
Earning Potential : $250k+

Requirements:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Alabama dental license
