Job description
Seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with pediatrics experience to join a well-established Pediatrics practice in a welcoming rural community setting west of Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Position Highlights:
Full-time employed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner role in Deming
Established patient base with strong community demand
Outpatient clinic and hospital pediatric coverage
Fully equipped clinic space with 8 exam rooms and ready-to-use infrastructure
Strong administrative and operational support
Collaborative, team-based pediatric care environment
Opportunity to develop long-term relationships with patients and families
Requirements:
Certified Nurse Practitioner
Prior clinical experience in pediatrics required
Ability to provide both outpatient and inpatient pediatric care
Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
