Job description
We are seeking a dedicated andcompassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join a well-establishedpediatric team in Sierra Vista, AZ. This position involves providinghigh-quality, patient-centered care to children from infancy throughadolescence in a collaborative outpatient clinical setting.
The ideal candidate will be anexperienced and autonomous PNP who is passionate about pediatric medicine andcommitted to improving the health and well-being of children in the community.
Compensation: Up to $175,000per year
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine well-child exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in pediatric patients
Educate patients and families on wellness, disease prevention, and health maintenance
Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging
Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Arizona state laws
Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner License (or ability to obtain)
National certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNCB or ANCC)
Active DEA license and prescriptive authority in Arizona
Current BLS and PALS certifications
