Job description
AOIA in Northern California is seeking a board eligible or board certified pediatrician to join our expanding team of physicians. The position offers outpatient pediatrics with a 4.5-day work week and no weekend obligations, with inpatient duties available if desired.
Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary of $294,000 plus production expected at $330,000–$380,000 annually and a $100,000 recruiting package.
