Pediatric Hospitalist Opening Annapolis, MDFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC/BE Pediatrician to join team in Annapolis, MarylandPosition Highlights:- Combined pediatric emergency department and inpatient unit- 18-bed unit with approximately 20,000 ED visits and 1,000 admissions annually- Flexible scheduling with day, evening, and night shifts available- Full-time and part-time opportunities- Dedicated pediatric coverage with additional APP/physician support- Opportunity for nocturnist role- Supportive, subspecialty-rich environmentResponsibilities:- Provide pediatric hospitalist and emergency care- Manage inpatient pediatric cases and ED patients- Perform procedures as needed- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team- Participate in quality and safety initiativesQualifications:- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics- Emergency medicine experience preferred or willingness to learn- Open to new graduates- Active Maryland license or ability to obtainCompensation & Benefits:- Competitive compensation- Paid time off and holiday pay- Continuing medical education (CME) allowance and paid time- Medical, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) with employer contributions- Disability coverage
