Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) - Findlay, OH NW Ohio The OpportunitySeeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join the outpatient specialty team at Wellness Park in Findlay, NW Ohio. Work within a collaborative care model alongside pediatricians and primary care physicians. Position HighlightsMinimum 2 years of pediatrics experience required
Average volume of 25 patients per day
Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation
Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
Cerner EMR with AI-assisted charting
Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $120,000 Äì $130,000 based on experience
wRVU productivity bonus (no cap): estimated $10,000 Äì $20,000+ annually
200 hours vacation/CME time
$3,500 annual CME/Board Certification allowance
Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance
403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match beginning Year 2
Sick time accrual up to 600 hours
