Job description
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a highly respected, community health center in Kern County, California that offers medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and preventive services. They are adding a full-time BC/BE Pediatrician to their office in Wasco, California .

Two 30-minute admin blocks built into daily schedule
Excellent support team that includes MAs, nursing staff, and on-site manager
EMR with Dragon Ambient Experience (DAX) AI clinical documentation
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range is $230,000 to $282,870 (based on experience)
$50,000 Sign-on bonus
Relocation reimbursement
