Job description
Join a supportive outpatient pediatric clinic in Fredericksburg, Texas, providing comprehensive primary care to children and adolescents. This role offers the opportunity to build continuity with patients and families while working with a multidisciplinary team focused on quality care and community health.
Highlights:
Salary: $250,000 - $300,000
Full-Time, Permanent
Outpatient Pediatrics
Approximately 40 hours per week
Comprehensive pediatric primary care
Multidisciplinary clinical team
Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model
Mentorship and clinical oversight opportunities
Community health and patient education initiatives
Spanish bilingual skills preferred
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Active, unrestricted Texas medical license
Current DEA and DPS registrations
Active CPR for Healthcare Professionals certification
Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges if required
1+ year of direct pediatric practice experience preferred
