Pediatrician
Cuba, New York
We're hiring a Pediatrician in Cuba, New York who wants strong earning potential, meaningful community impact, and the opportunity to serve a rural patient population with full-spectrum outpatient care.
You'll step into an outpatient clinical role providing preventive, acute, and chronic pediatric care for patients from infancy through adolescence. You'll work with dedicated 1:1 staffing support in a mission-driven environment focused on access, quality, and continuity of care.
You'll practice in Cuba, New York, a scenic rural community in western New York offering a slower pace of life, strong community ties, and access to outdoor recreation.

• Choice of four-day or five-day clinic schedule
• $280,000 salary for five-day schedule
• $250,000 salary for four-day schedule
• Phone call-only coverage, approximately five days per month

Compensation & Benefits
• $195,000-$240,000, based on experience and schedule
• Sign-on bonus available
