Pediatrics in Montana Step into a mission-driven pediatric practice in Eastern Montana where high guaranteed compensation, massive debt relief, and hospital backing provide total career stability. Partnering alongside an experienced Med-Peds physician within a respected community hospital, you will inherit an established patient panel while building a dedicated pediatric service. This full-time Pediatric position offers up to $150,000 in direct loan assistance paired with exceptional upfront financial support.

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Comfortable managing routine pediatric inpatient care and newborn rounding
Interested in a long-term community-based practice with strong patient continuity
Experience with circumcisions is welcomed but not required
