Outpatient Pediatrics in a private, FQHC-designated clinic
No call, no hospital rounding
Monday-Friday schedule; 4-4.5 clinic days
Established practice expanding to a second pediatric location
H-1B visa sponsorship available
Practice Snapshot 25 patients/day (seasonal variation)
Urgent Care attached with high pediatric volume
Strong support staff; procedures optional
Cerner / PowerChart EMR
Compensation $250K total package$230K base + RVUs
$20K quality bonus
$20K sign-on bonus
