Job description
PEDIATRIC URGENT CARE SHIFTS
COMMUNITY
Greater Chicago area. Can live in Chicago or suburbs. Easy access to major highways just 35 minutes to downtown.
OVERVIEW
Physician led, busy private clinic concentrates on children needing urgent care & is expanding in the suburban Chicago market with a NEW LOCATION. Experienced Pediatricians can see patients up to age 21 but mainly under age 14 with many school & sports physicals.
ROLE
State of the art clinic features X-rays; main procedures: splint, lacerations, foreign body removals or stitches. No vaccinations other than flu shot.
12 hour shifts with 9am start, including some weekends
36 hours - 44 hours per week considered full time
Can also cover 6 hour shifts part time or 8 hour shifts
Daily volume varies seasonally, can average 2- 4 patients per hour
