Pediatrician Outpatient Only Orlando, Florida Step Into a Full Patient Panel • No Call • No Weekends
A thriving, long-standing outpatient pediatric practice in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join its team as the current lead physician transitions into retirement. This is a rare opportunity to walk into an established, loyal patient base and enjoy true work life balance in one of the most desirable regions in the country.
Position Highlights • Outpatient only zero hospital responsibilities
• No call all after-hours calls handled by a triage service
• Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
• No nights, weekends, or extended hours
• Standard patient volume: 24 patients per day
• Work alongside a highly experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner and strong clinical support team

Practice Philosophy This practice operates within a value-based care model , focusing on high-quality, compassionate, continuity-driven pediatric care. An internal Quality Assurance team provides additional support and oversight, especially in coordinating care when patients require hospitalization.

• Experience preferred, but well-trained recent graduates will be considered
