Job description
Medical Director Opening in MA - Located in Plainville, MA; Providence, RI 15m, Boston 40m- Full-time; Permanent position- BE/BC Overview - Utilize the clinical experience and expertise, in collaboration with clinical experts and stakeholders, to facilitate founding principles - Assist in the development, monitoring, and presentation of internal quality measures and initiatives- Implement a proactive approach focusing on preventative medicine- Collaborate with other medical and surgical specialties- Opportunity to expand clinical skills and learn from experienced colleagues- Foster a patient-centric mindset to deliver high-quality care and service- Full-time schedule: 30 patient-facing hours per week with 10 administrative hours Benefits - Guaranteed base salary with productivity and quality-based incentives- Signing bonus up to $100,000- Professional liability insurance- 4 weeks PTO, 1 week CME, and 7 paid holidays- Reimbursement stipend for CME expenses, memberships and dues, licensure and DEA fees- Retirement plans including employer-paid pension plan, 403B plan with employer match, and 457B deferred compensation plan- Pet health insurance- Free parking- Medical and dependent care reimbursement accounts (FSA)- Long-term disability coverage- Life insurance- Identity theft protection About the area - Plainville, MA, is a charming small town packed with fun activities for everyone, and its surrounding areas offer a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy- From exploring local parks to visiting museums, every corner provides an opportunity to create lasting memories- The friendly communities and engaging activities make it a great place to spend time with loved ones
