Job description
Pediatrician (MD/DO)
Greater Sacramento, California
We're hiring a Pediatrician who wants meaningful relationships with children and families, a structured outpatient schedule, and the opportunity to make a lasting community impact.
You'll provide comprehensive outpatient care from infancy through adolescence, including preventive medicine, acute and chronic care, developmental screening, and family education.

• Full-time Monday-Friday outpatient schedule
• 20-minute visits at approximately 3 patients per hour
• Two telehealth visits incorporated into each day
• Administrative time built into the end of each clinic day
• Shared/minimal call
• Multidisciplinary clinical support

• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• You enjoy caring for children and families
• You're comfortable with efficient documentation and in-basket management
• You value team-based, culturally responsive care
• Experienced Pediatricians and new graduates are welcome
• EPIC and community health experience are preferred
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary based on experience
• Health insurance: Employer pays approximately 80%
• Dental & vision: Employer pays approximately 80%
