Pediatric Dentist
Established, high-volume pediatric practices in Wisconsin are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join a collaborative, dentist-led organization. Walk into an existing patient base with strong internal referrals and full operational support.
Position Highlights
Existing, established practices
4 or 5 day work week
Full-time schedule of 36+ clinical hours

$400,000 base compensation plus production incentive
Earning potential $500,000+
12 month guarantee period

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures within scope
Manage patients with behavioral or complex dental needs
Educate patients and families on oral health and hygiene
Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate care
Support and lead clinical team members to ensure positive patient experiences
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin
Strong patient-focused communication and clinical excellence
