Full-Time or Part-Time, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday 8a-5p)
Location: Geyer Springs - lower income area, bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
Patient mix: FFS/Insurance/Medicaid
Practice Management Software: Denticon
Facility: 2 treatment chairs, 4 hygiene chairs
Averages 30-40 patients per day
