Schedule: Full-time | Nights
Do you have a heart for children and a passion for delivering exceptional care? Our Nurse Residency Fellowship is designed to support new graduate RNs as they transition into professional practice. You’ll receive specialized, unit-specific training in a collaborative, family-centered environment where your growth and confidence are our priority. Position Details:

🧠 What We’re Looking For:
Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
Experience: PICU/PEDS RN experience preferred
License: Eligible to earn RN licnese in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association
⚕️ Your Role:
As a PICU/Peds Nurse , you will:
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care using the nursing process
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Evaluate and support the care provided by others
Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
