Schedule: Full-time | Nights
Do you have a heart for children and a passion for delivering exceptional care? Our Nurse Residency Fellowship is designed to support new graduate RNs as they transition into professional practice. 🧠 What We’re Looking For:
Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
Experience: PICU/PEDS RN experience preferred
License: Eligible to earn RN licnese in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association
⚕️ Your Role:
As a PICU/Peds Nurse , you will:
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care using the nursing process
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Evaluate and support the care provided by others
Uphold patient rights and confidentiality

Must love working with children of all ages and acuity levels
